"I just wanted to say thank you for assessing *****. For so many years we have battled against the education system, being fobbed off by his school and watching him struggle. It was clear that the only way to identify his needs was through an assessment, which they couldn't/wouldn't provide. All I can say is that since you assessed him and his school has read the report, it's like a whole new world has opened up for him. His teachers are trying out all the recommendations, he's happy in himself (no more meltdowns), and we feel as if we know how to help him. My only regret is that we didn't take action sooner"

"Thank you so much for everything you have done for *** over this crazy year and a half. You have been an absolute lifesaver, both for *** and me (I couldn't have survived homeschooling without you!!!) and we truly appreciate your endless support and enthusiasm. During the Covid disruptions ***'s lessons with you were the only routine and stable thing. We can see the progress she is making on a daily basis and the gap between her and her classmates closing. We are so thankful we found you."

Natalie carried out an assessment for my son who is in year 6. I found the assessment to be thorough and it was carried out in a extremely professional manner. Natalie managed to get my son to work with her - even though he is very shy. The report was very in-depth and gave clear steps for his school, in ways to help my son achieve his full potential. I would recommend Natalie and all the services she provides - she really goes above and beyond."

"Thank you so much for mentoring S****** and helping out with the problems she was having at work... the advice and support really helped. You may feel it was something minor that you did, but it obviously made a huge difference. We shall certainly be recommending you."

"I just wanted to let you know that having referred **** **** to you for assessment, her mum was absolutely glowing about your professionalism (she was also intrigued by your range of pets!). The report was extremely comprehensive and has really helped her class teacher in particular. So thank you and I will definitely keep you in mind for other girls at my school that need assessing."

"My 9 year old son was having huge difficulties at school which were holding him back in the classroom, and he was starting to get emotional and anxious about going to school. Since the assessment he's been so much happier. He now understands that there are reasons he finds things hard, and the school have been brilliant in helping him, now they know how."

(Access Arrangements for year 10). Natalie is unfailingly professional and efficient in her work. Her fees are honest and her support for our pupils is excellent. She was able to complete some assessments for us in a very short amount of time, working well into the evening without charging extortionate fees. We are fortunate indeed to have found her.

"Natalie supported us at Malden Oaks this year to run our year 11 access arrangement assessments. Natalie is professional, reliable and pays excellent attention to detail - not only in her assessment delivery, but throughout the whole process. Natalie is also very flexible and understanding of pupils' needs which worked very well for our particular setting, especially when thinking about availability and making our students feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Natalie based on all of the above".

"C****** has made such amazing progress over the last two terms - he's been moved up a set in English and we can see how his confidence is growing. Most importantly he seems so much happier in himself. It's like a switch has been turned on!"

"I wanted to arrange specialist tuition for my 14 year old son, but was struggling to find someone available in my area, so I contacted Natalie for mentoring. She was able to sit down with me, discuss his needs and then give me tips, techniques and strategies to help him with his learning. I've had 3 sessions with her, and each time I have come away with loads of ideas and resources - not just for learning but how to help him with organising himself, dealing with problems in school and how to cope with exams. I highly recommend the mentoring service for any parents who need guidance for their dyslexic child".

"I was dreading the daily homework battle but tonight we managed to get the whole lot done in less than an hour! The colour coded visual planner also worked a treat, and he's been much more organised with his school timetable. I really can't thank you enough for the tips"

"Natalie provided in-house training for our nannies on communication and language difficulties for children in their Early Years. Being childcare professionals, we all had a basic understanding of the requirements of some children, however wanted clarification on the process when we feel the child requires assessment, and perhaps intervention at an early age. Natalie is the utmost professional. Her training was factual, specific and easily applicable to our daily roles. We had such fun with the games she introduced too. We left feeling clear and confident in our understanding of early language difficulties and are able to identify and assist with speech and many other forms of communication with children. We sincerely appreciate all Natalie has assisted us with – she is always available for a professional discussion on specific requirements too. As a mum herself, her personal perspective on handling parents in these situations was second to none. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Nat and her incredible services."

"My goodness I don’t know what’s happened but D***** LOVED the session today. Thanks so much - the slinky is such a good idea for long and short sounds. Thanks again, he was positively buzzing about the whole session with a resounding 9 out of 10!"

"I have just been reading through one of your assessment reports and just wanted to say that I found it accessible and sensible. I particularly valued your approach towards discussing access arrangements. It is normally EP reports that cause me such difficulty in this area, so thank you for demonstrating an awareness of JCQ regulations and of the difficult situation that schools are placed in this regard. As a specialist assessor myself, I know how much time and hard work goes into these reports, so thank you. I hope that the parents were suitably impressed"

"When I first contacted you, I wasn't sure if you would be able to help as my daughter isn't dyslexic, but has lots of different needs. I was so happy you have experience of dyspraxia, ADHD and ASD too. We felt you had a great understanding of the day-to-day problems she faces, and your input into helping us apply for the EHCP was crucial. I don't think we would have understood the process or been able to fill out the paperwork without out. Thank you.

"It's really good to hear how well E**** is doing in her lessons. We are also seeing a difference - her reading is so much better, her letter formation is now beautiful, but most importantly she seems so much more confident, and happy to be doing things. Couple of nights ago the end of her two pages was a half sentence, in the past she would have handed the book over but this time she decided to continue for another page so she got to a place with a natural stop....I think what best describes how much what you do means to Ellie is that when she grows up she wants to be a special teacher working with children with dyslexia, like you.

"Hi Natalie,
I just wanted to let you know I passed! I am now a qualified Level 5 teacher of learners with Specific Learning Difficulties... so excited to have letters after my name! I honestly don't think I would have got through the course without your mentoring. thank you so much for everything, and I will definitely be back in touch once I start tutoring and need to bounce ideas off you."
